      REQUIREMENTS: - 2 forms of ID to sign the lease - $7,000 (1st month's rent + security deposit) must clear bank PRIOR to move in - Mid-600's credit score - $100k minimum annual income The tenant is responsible for covering all utility expenses, including trash services and HOA. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises and in the vicinity of the property. Upon lease signing, the tenant is required to submit the first month's rent and a security deposit.
