The Thompson Flats were built in 1900. We have fully renovated all 12 apartments while preserving their unique historic character. Apartment 25 has its own individually controlled heat and air conditioning and refinished hardwood floors and woodwork. Its large bright updated bathroom includes a ceramic tile floor with radiant heat and a ceramic shower with glass doors. The kitchen features new cabinets with granite countertops and stainless appliances. For energy efficiency the apartment includes Marvin thermal windows, and all LED lighting. The fully updated electric service includes numerous three prong outlets with USB plugins for charging cell phones, tablets, etc. The Thompson Flats are located across the street from the Basilica and a half block from Loring Park. There is an additional charge of $40 per month for the apartment's dedicated Wi-Fi internet service from the building's US Internet fiber connection and trash. Ramp parking is available for $100 per month..
