The Villas

The Villas Apartment Homes are surrounded by serene wooded fields and offer several one and two bedroom apartment floor plans with ample closet space. Each apartment has a foyer entry with a coat closet, intercom entry system and choice of either patio or balcony. The Villas pet-friendly apartment community includes pet waste stations located throughout the community, however breed restrictions do apply. Enjoy a large pool while the sun is shining. The Villas apartments, located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, are conveniently in walking distance of Washtenaw Community College and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. Our apartments are near Eastern Michigan University (less than 10 minutes away) and the University of Michigan (less than 20). We are also located on the AAATA bus line 24. The Villas Apartments are in the Ypsilanti Community School district where and students attend Ypsilanti Elementary Schools, Ypsilanti Community Middle Schools, and Ypsilanti Community High Schools.
