The Synagogue is a newly renovated, historic building at Kenmore and Argyle. Situated only blocks away from the lakefront as well as famous restaurants on the Asia on Argyle stretch serving hot pho, spring rolls, dim sum, sweets and baked goods, and more. Built in the 1920s, The Synagogue served as a place of worship, education, and community until its closure in 2008. We carefully preserved many of the architectural details such as arched windows and stained glass while donating many historic artifacts to the greater community. Residents of the Synagogue are welcomed to use all the amenities...pools, fitness centers, rooftop lounges @ our luxury buildings the Lawrence House & the Draper.
