About The Summit at Rexburg
Welcome to The Summit at Rexburg Apartments our newest awarded LIHTC development located in Rexburg, ID. We want to thank Idaho Housing and Finance Association for the privilege to build this much needed development in Rexburg. We're still hard at work putting the final touches on the building and making sure everything is just right for our future residents. Because of that, our Grand Opening celebration will be pushed back a little bit.
The exciting news is that we are still anticipating apartment move-ins to begin August 1!
We truly appreciate everyone's patience, support, and excitement as this community comes to life. We cannot wait to welcome everyone home and celebrate with you soon. Updated Grand Opening details will be shared as they are finalized.
