The Residence at Whispering Hills

The Residence at Whispering Hills is a beautiful apartment home rental community in Pullman, WA offering spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes - all with GARAGES. We are always accepting applications for our waiting list, and for specific apartments when they are available. We rent by the home and not by the bedroom. With classic apartment homes and upgraded options, there is a floor plan for everyone here. Choose from our classic design with carpet throughout the home or our upgraded design with fully waterproof vinyl luxury plank flooring with carpet just in the bedrooms. All homes offer fully equipped kitchens, full size washer/dryer, central heat & air conditioning and FREE garages (attached in ground floor two bedroom/detached in top floor one, two and three bedrooms). Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM on our non-smoking property that allows pets and offers a dog waste control program. Nestled on the west edge of town in a newer neighborhood, our location offers direct access to Pullman's wonderful trail system with a beautiful park just a few blocks away where you can enjoy a picnic next to the pond or under a gazebo, and there's even a play structure for the little ones. A covered bus stop sits at the front of the community, offering routes to access all of Pullman, including Walmart, WSU, and Schweitzer Engineering. New to our area soon is an Amazon warehouse.
