This classic 1910 building is situated across the street from St. Catherine's University and nestled into the lovely Highland neighborhood. There are two garden level one bedroom apartments that have wood plank flooring and are very spacious. The upper floor apartments have beautiful hardwood floors, lovely oak woodwork, great closet space, and vintage built-ins throughout the unit. Bathrooms and kitchens have been nicely updated to preserve the character of the building. At this location there is FREE on-site laundry as well as extra storage at no extra cost for our residents. We have off-street parking spots available here for a nominal monthly fee.
