The Petronelli contains 18 high end, market rate apartments in downtown Brockton, Ma. It is a short walk to the commuter rail station, with regular service (35 minutes) to South Station, the Seaport and the Red Line in Boston. The building was the former home of the Petronelli Boxing Gym, where Marvin Hagler trained during his years as World Middleweight Champion in the 1980s. The building was completely renovated in 2023, contains a package delivery system, and a fitness center. Each apartment has its own washer dryer.
