The neighborhood

About the building

Live in one of the last remaining historic mansions on Denver's iconic Millionaires Row in Downtown Denver. The Peabody Whitehead Mansion, built in 1889, was awarded historic landmark status in 1993 and later featured on Ghost Hunters (Season 6, Episode 2, originally aired in 2012). Often referred to as one of the most haunted homes in Colorado, this extraordinary property blends rich history with modern living. After more than 10 years of meticulous restoration, the mansion has been thoughtfully transformed into a unique mixed-use space part museum and part residential featuring seven beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments.
