The Patricia Apartments is an easy 5 block walk to the BART station, and is close to all freeways, convenient to Marin, San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento. There is a grocery store and restaurants 3 blocks away.
The arched entrance to the living room gives you a warm feeling - this property was built when design and beauty mattered. The apartment has a huge walk-in closet, full eat-in kitchen and full bath with tub and shower, and elegant cultured marble bath surrounds with excellent lighting.
