The Knickerbocker team worked for 18 months designing, planning, and, ultimately, transforming this vintage industrial classic into twenty, state-of-the-art, chic, New York City loft-style, apartments. The Monarch is surrounded by Powelton Village's trademark mix of stately houses, and quirky, colorful businesses. Each apartment features stylish exposed brick, attractive and warm hardwood floors, fully-featured kitchens with plenty of quartz countertop space and complete stainless steel appliance packages, thoughtfully designed high-efficiency LED lighting, and designer tile bathrooms with oversized walk-in showers. Every unit comes complete with its own in-unit laundry, brand new central air/heating system, and Easy Track organizing systems in every closet for increased effectiveness and storage!
