PARKING NOT INCLUDED: There are several monthly parking lots located close to the building that offer monthly spots for $150-$250 per month. PETS ARE WELCOME: No additional deposit required. UTILITIES INCLUDED: Hot water and trash. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have a credit score of 650 or above and income that is at least 2.5 times the rent per month. CO-SIGNERS: Will be considered but must be California residents. MOVE IN COSTS: First month rent plus deposit which is the same as the rent amount.
