The Malden Apartments

The Malden Apartments were built in 1907 as a 3 story, 24 unit multifamily building. The units are comprised of studios and one bedroom apartments with the building embracing its old world charm by restoring the original finishings that help build so much character that can't be found in new construction. Every unit has hardwood floors and French doors which only accentuate the old world charm detail as well as spiral staircase that wraps around a large brick fireplace that leads to each floor in the building. Parking is tight in the area but the Malden has a large parking lot that is offered to residents to take away the hassle of finding street parking. The location of the Malden is one of the most sought after aspects of the building.
