The Maiden House

Originally built in the early 20th century, the southern face of the cobblestone street uniting North Pearl and Broadway has been through a number of transformations - each one defining a new era in Downtown Albany. The block's newest identity, Maiden House, will serve as the foundation of Downtown's newest Renaissance. Designed with a mind to modern refinement and urban sophistication, each of these 18 elegant studio and 1 bedroom residences leave little to be desired. Throughout its renovation, meticulous care was spent toward maintaining the historical merits of the building, while ensuring every contemporary comfort in each living space.
