Each unit includes new kitchens and baths with modern fixtures, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, oversized windows, and in-unit washer/dryers. All of the units have heating and cooling systems. Loft ceiling heights range from 8 feet to 18ft depending on the unit. AMENITIES The building has all the necessary amenities to make your life convenient including indoor and outdoor parking spots, an elevator, and a zen courtyard. FURNISHED UNIT OPTION All units can be leased furnished as well as unfurnished. We've partnered with furniture rental company ZZ Driggs to offer furnished options for an additional fee.
