The Hawthorne is the conversion of the historic Nathaniel Hawthorne School into 37 modern loft apartments, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
The Hawthorne is developed, owned and managed by Sustainable Community Associates. We are a small Cleveland based community development firm focused on catalytic projects that have an oversized impact on local neighborhoods.
