All of our units are bright and open plan lofts with long balconies and, in the case of corner units, wraparound balconies. The penthouse level boasts double height ceilings and private roof sundecks for these 2 story units at the top of the building. From the downtown skyline to the Hollywood sign, views here are completely singular and offer an impressive experience for your guests. The floor-to-ceiling insulated windows are all outfitted with custom made motorized UV resistant Mecho shades. Most floor plans are polished concrete (hardwood and tile on the penthouse level). Every kitchen has custom Italian millwork, built-in dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, and gas range oven with matching microwave hood. Building amenities include Amazon Hub for seamless deliveries, night security guard, fitness room and a community courtyard with fire pit and barbecues. There is ample on-site parking with over 50 EV charging stations. One indoor parking space is available for each of our Penthouse units. Pet friendly, no breed restrictions.
