Community features include indoor and outdoor pool access, a fitness center, pickleball courts, pet-friendly living, and shared outdoor spaces for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the Crystal Coast. For a limited time, The Dunes is also offering a Heroes Discount as a small thank-you to those who serve our communities. Military residents may receive 10% off monthly rent with a valid military ID. Nurses, first responders, and teachers may receive 5% off monthly rent with qualifying documentation. Select accessible apartment homes are available. The Dunes is also pet-friendly, with pet screening required and up to two pets permitted per apartment, subject to approval. Please note: Due to recent address updates, our previous address was 715 W Fort Macon Road, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512. Our current community address is 211 Coastal Point Drive, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512.
