THE CASCADES

The Cascades is a beautiful apartment community with lush, mature landscaping and two refreshing gated pools. Our spacious floor plans feature cozy common spaces, energy-efficient appliances, central heat and air, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets, and private patios or balconies. We are a gated community. We also have on-site management on the property. The community has two laundry facilities on-site for your convenience. We also have a fenced playground with a built in BBQ area perfect for gatherings. Lastly, we have a Learning Center which provides an afterschool program.
