This community is located only 1 block from Brumby and Russell Hall and 2 blocks from Downtown Athens. Classes, shops, dining and nightlife are right outside your doorstep! We offer 1BR, 2BR and 4BR Manor houses and flats with rates that start at only $1,400/ bed. This includes internet, water, trash, landscaping, pest control and parking. Each house has the nicest finish levels that Athens has to offer!
