Studio homes come with 1 assigned carport (although there is plenty of uncovered unassigned space to accommodate a 2nd vehicle or guests), built-in microwave, stove, refrigerator, built-in nightstand and shelving and LOTS of storage space in the kitchen and bathroom. Finishing touches such as crown and base molding with 2-tone paint, Quartz counter tops, mirror wardrobe closet doors, vinyl wood flooring throughout to complete the look of your home.
One Bedrooms are equipped with 1 assigned carport (although there is plenty of uncovered unassigned space to accommodate a 2nd vehicle or guests), built-in microwave, stove, dishwasher, walk in closet, private patio or balcony, and LOTS of storage space in the kitchen and bathroom. Finishing touches such as crown and base molding with 2-tone paint, Quartz counter tops, large walk in closet and vinyl wood flooring throughout.
The standard deposit is $1000 on approved criteria. We PAY MOST UTILITIES including: water, sewer, trash, and gas. There are no additional monthly costs for amenities or parking.
