Stir up some fun and enjoy the convenience of the Price River walking/jogging/bike trail, walk to restaurants, grocery store, gas station, medical center, pharmacy, library and post office. The Avalon has the most affordable studios in the area. This community is beyond amazing since it was restored 10 years ago. The staff is very friendly, and we offer prompt, courteous service. All apartments include central heat & A/C, a kitchenette, with a microwave. The Community Features: Free WIFI, Key access entry, on site laundry facility and an elevator to the fourth floor! Helper is 7 miles from the larger town of Price. Our community is a Section 42 Low Income Tax Credit Project. The annual maximum income is $28,000 for one person. The lease term is 12 months.
