The Anglim contains 55 high end, market rate apartments in downtown Brockton, Ma.… It is a short walk to the commuter rail station, with regular service (35 minutes) to South Station, the Seaport and the Red Line in Boston. This 8-story high-rise building was built in 1906 and was considered the city's first skyscraper. The building served as a base for Brockton's shoe manufacturing industry. The building was completely renovated in 2023, and contains a package delivery system, a fitness center, co-working space and a basement storage area (lockable) for each apartment. Each apartment has its own washer dryer. The HVAC system is state-of-the-art VRV Heat Recovery. Rents include heat, air conditioning and hot water.
