Originally the home of Saint Gertrude High School, the first building on this shaded campus dates to 1922. Repurposing of the buildings into luxury living accommodations began in 2023. While it is now home to modern condominiums with desirable amenities, many of the features and architectural flourishes of the original buildings remain. Located in Richmond's coveted and historic Museum District, it is within walking distance of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, storied Monument Avenue, numerous local eateries, and Richmond's famous Cary Street shopping district.
