Hello! I have a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home, where I rent out beautifully decorated and fully furnished rooms by the month.… All rooms are single occupant ONLY (There's a studio apt. within the home, where I stay when I'm in town. I travel a great deal though and I'm not here full time.) I'm located in Thatcher, next to the Mount Graham Golf Course. *Adjacent to the City of Safford Mine. *Just 3 miles from Eastern Arizona College. *3 miles from the Mount Graham Hospital *Within an hour or less, of the Morenci Mine. Freeport McMoran does an excellent job of providing me with a never-ending stream of tenants, which my home consists of most of the time. I do have the occasional College Student or Traveling Nurse, and my home is CO-ED, however it tends to be all male the majority of the time, but ladies are welcome!! I have various size and priced rooms, ranging from the Master Bedroom, with a private ensuite bath for $890 a month, down to smaller rooms, with a shared bath for $595 a month. The rent includes the following; *ALL Utilities! *FREE WiFi! *Assigned off-street parking. *Monthly Exterminator service. The rooms include the following; *Comfy Beds (Ranging from Twin, Full or Queen.) with all sheets, pillows, blankets and comforters provided, including mattress and pillow protectors. (I provide 2 bath towels too!) *Nightstand with lamp. *32" Smart TV w/remote. *Various size closets and storage units. *Desk or table with chair and lamp. *You'll have your own Efficiency Kitchen in your room, which consists of a Microwave, Mini Fridge and prep/storage space, very much like a nice Hotel Room. There are NO kitchen or laundry privileges. (There is a laundromat 3 miles away.) This is not a shared housing situation, with a shared kitchen or living room, etc., it's a private room for rent. However, there is a shared community outdoor space with a dining table and chairs, a fire pit with seating and a gas BBQ grill with additional table and chairs. In the shared bathroom, I provide all of the paper products; TP, paper towels and seat covers. As well as garbage bags, cleaning and sanitizing products. There is a monthly cleaning service in the shared bathroom to perform a deep cleaning, however everyone is expected to clean up after themselves on a daily basis. *Central AC *Central Heat. *All but one room has a ceiling fan as well! (There is a wall mounted, 3 speed, oscillating fan w/remote in the one room without a ceiling fan.) *I'm asking 1st. & Last month's rent. (Installment payments for last month's rent OK!) *$300 Security/Cleaning Deposit. *Month to Month ~ but in an "IDEAL" World, prefer a stay of at least 6 months. *NO Pets!! *NO smoking inside. *Outside smokers OK! *Responsible drinkers OK!
