Our house is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood where folks stop to talk on the street and walking/biking is the norm. However 6 1/2 street has NO SIDEWALK. Parking is on the street. The apartment is located four blocks from West Main Street a 10 minute walk to the Downtown Mall and a 10 minute walk to UVA and the Corner. Extremely convenient to the train and bus stations and UVA hospital. Tonsler park which has field space walking loop basketball courts tennis courts playground and spray park is 2 minutes walking from the house.
Pets
We love animals and understand that you want to bring yours with you but are also aware of the impact that animals have on a house. This apartment probably doesn't work well for large dogs but we will consider cats and smaller dogs. In the event that we do allow pets the pet fee will be 35 per month.
Rent
Rent for the apartment is $1475+$150 utility fee which includes water sewer, electricity, gas, trash, lawn care, laundry facilities. Internet can be shared with other tenants.
