This is an adaptive re-use of the historic Depew High School. These beautiful apartments combine modern amenities, while retaining some of the original historic elements of the building. One and two bedroom apartments include stainless appliance suites, in-unit washer and dryer, and custom window treatments. Heat, hot and cold water, trash and basic cable are included in this secure building with intercom, elevator and heated sidewalks.
