For your convenience, a starter package of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent is provided. Guests are expected to manage their own refills beyond the starter package. Extended stays exceeding 30 days will incur an additional monthly cleaning fee of $150, ensuring the meticulous upkeep of the space every 30 days. Additionally, a $1500 refundable security deposit is required for extended stays, safeguarding against damages or outstanding charges, with the full amount returned upon check-out. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am daily, promoting a respectful environment conducive to relaxation and rest. PET POLICY Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcomed with a non-refundable deposit of $250 per pet for a 30-day stay. While we embrace furry companions, we kindly request that pets refrain from accessing the furniture. Poop bags are provided for your convenience during outdoor excursions. Please note that certain breed restrictions apply, and the following breeds, whole or mixed, are not permitted: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky.
