All utilities covered, including high-speed internet. Cameras: camera/security system: Ring doorbell at front door. The camera is use to provide extra layer of security for guests and the property rather than intrude on privacy. It may be use for liability reason and to monitor occupancy. Please do not tamper with the camera. No parties permitted, No smoking allowed. Consumables: We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills. For extended stays exceeding 30 days, additional monthly cleaning fee of $150 will apply. This fee ensures the engagement of professional cleaners who will meticulously refresh the space every 30 days of your stay. We prioritize your comfort and satisfaction, and maintaining a clean environment enhances your overall experience during your extended visit. For extended stays, either monthly or longer, we kindly request a $500 refundable security deposit. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully returned to you upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges. Important Note: Quite hours are from 10pm-8am each day. Please be respectful in terms of noise. Pet Policy: Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcome with a non-refundable deposit of $250 per pet for a 30-day stay. We kindly ask that pets are kept off the furniture, and we provide poop bags for your convenience. Please be aware that certain BREED RESTRICTIONS APPLY:, and the following breeds, whole or mixed, are not permitted: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY.
