Great one bedroom for one person who is a commuter, temporary employee, or someone transitioning in life and want to save to purchase a home. Room is located in a three bedroom home on the first floor. You will also have access to the bathroom on the first floor which has a shower/tub. Bedroom has a closet, dresser and queen bed. Utils can be included with rent for $70 more a month. If not, it will be split evenly. Laundry is not available onsite. Quiet neighborhood. Parking is available on the street or beside the driveway. For 3-month leases, a half-month security is required. A 6-month lease will require a half month security and last months. Room is available for only one tenant, smoke-free environment property.
