Option for some furnishings if preferred, although the furniture pictured is not available. The bathroom space is dedicated to you, with the occasional exception of guest usage. You will have shared access to living areas, yard, kitchen, and laundry. Quiet, peaceful, clean, tastefully decorated home. Rent is $925 per month, with utilities, included. $700 security deposit. Terms are month to month, but I am looking for someone that intends to stay at least 6 months. (I have actually had two tenants that stayed 4+ years). Includes the following utilities/ services: gas, electric, A/C, water, WIFI, and gardener. House environment: The home is large, with 5 bedrooms, of which I rent out 2. I am female in my 50's. There is only one other roomie. He's a young gentleman quiet, respectful, friendly, professional. I have two small dogs and a little bird.
