Welcome to our Cozy Mid-Century Modern Home! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Greenville, SC this stylish duplex invites you to explore the city and enjoy relaxed time at home. Enjoy the atmosphere, fully equipped kitchen, fenced in yard with fire pit, and more. 12 minutes to downtown Greenville, and just a 2 minute walk to Starbucks, Publix, and more. Our duplex sits on a private lot and boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, including a cozy living room with a large screen TV. Outside, there is a private yard, private driveway for up to two cars, and a wood burning fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. There is a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a full size bed in the second bedroom, along with a desk and office chair for the remote workers out there. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, and wine glasses. No kitchen is complete with out a coffee bar with Keurig, creamer, and sugar for the caffeine fanatics. The home is situated 12 minutes from downtown Greenville which is the fastest growing city in the Southeast, known for its rich milltown baseball history, historic sites, coffee roasters, fine dining and shopping. It is only a 10 minute drive from the Peace Center and Bon Secours Arena which hosts frequent concerts, plays, and events. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. Full size Washer & Dryer are provided. We are happy to share our space with people who want to use it as a retreat to enjoy quality time with friends and family, but please note this is not a party rental. Enjoy the whole property to yourself! No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. We are available via text from 8am - 6pm
