Use of Property: Residential use only. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Tenant agrees to comply with all local laws and ordinances. Quiet Enjoyment: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Tenant agrees to be respectful of neighbors and the adjacent unit. Shared Spaces: Unit A has a private entrance and exclusive indoor space. Outdoor areas and laundry are shared with the adjacent unit and must be used respectfully. Utilities: Under 6 months: Utilities included 6+ months: Tenant responsible for utilities Internet is provided by the owner Maintenance & Condition: Tenant agrees to maintain the property in clean and good condition and promptly report any issues. Tenant is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Alterations: No alterations, modifications, or installation of fixtures without prior written approval.
