The house is centrally and conveniently located: - 5 min to Safeway, Starbucks or 512 - 10 to 15 min to EQC, WinCo or Downtown Tacoma - 15 to 20 min to Tacoma Mall, JBLM or Tacoma Community College The rent includes: utilities, Wi-Fi and the access and use of the common areas (such as the bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen). Damages and cleaning will be deducted from the security and pet deposits in the event that you haven't repaired the damages caused by you and/or your pet(s). Inspections will be done prior to move-in and upon move-out. Rent is due on the first of each month with a grace period to the 5th.
