It is a 10 min or less walk to SU's campus, a 20 minute walk to Upstate and Crouse hospitals, 25 min walk to the Westcott neighborhood with has bars and restaurants and neighborhood food coop.

Beautiful large backyard with play set, dining furniture, and hot tub. Amazing flower garden that begins blooming in April. Screened in porch with new furniture set, perfect place for working from home and hosting in the warmer months.
Detached garage for two cars and lots of storage.
This is our home and we will be away for the academic year.
