This is a single one bedroom home for lease. Yes we call it the cottage because it is a small cottage style home just right for a single person or couple. IT has been painted throughout with neutral colors. We have been doing a lot of work on this home and are continuing to do so. We may consider small caged or tanked animals or one medium to small dog. Please note regarding that, Insurance companies have a NO GO to leasing to specific breads of dogs. You should check that out prior to calling for we follow that list. Breeds on that list can not be considered. ( Thank the wonderful insurance companies for that!) Requirements for leasing: Please note, we do a Pre application interview over the phone to make sure there are no deal breakers for either of us. Then you will need to fill out an application along with a credit and background check authorization form. Regarding applicants with dogs.... Please read the following carefully If you have a dog you want us to consider it must meet the following criteria: 1. Be currently licensed in this city and 2. it must be up on all of it's required NYS vaccinations and you must have documentation to present to us at time of interview or showing that shows all paper work is in order and up to date. Applicants who do not present all required documents prior to or along with application, the application will not be processed. There is a one time pet consideration charge along with an additional monthly pet fee added to the rental price. The prices will be determined by owner after talking to you about your dog. NOTE If you have an ESA or (True Service Dog) you wish us to consider the following will be required. 1. You MUST informe us during our interview process and again on our application. 2. Dogs certification of completing the year long training certification class and passing the final tests must be presented to us at the time of the in person showing and interview or prior to time of application submission. 3. As per NYS landlord and tenants rights laws you must provide us with the required medical disability verification documents from your medical providers which we will need to verify prior to any applicant being accepted for residency. Note: Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any dog or other type of pet. Prior to any dog being accepted we require an in person meet and greet with you and your dog at your current place of residence. If you do not want this to happen your application will not be accepted.
