(Averaged $426 total each month for past year) Renter also must care for grass and snow removal. Absolutely No Smoking, vaping or recreational drug use allowed. No wild parties, no problems. Pets need to be discussed. (1) Year Lease First Month / Last Month & $2000 Security due at signing. I will get getting many responses, so please be patient. I will be doing a credit and background check on the person selected after doing a Zoom or in-person interview. Current tenant moves out June 30, 2026, So the house is available June 1, 2024 (or shortly thereafter).

This is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath house on the one of nicest streets and neighborhoods in Swansea.… It is surrounded by wooded lands at the end of a quiet 1 mile dead end street. The property is on a large 3/4 acre large lot surrounded by woods. Yet the home is only a short drive from schools, Route 6, Target, Rt195 on/off ramp, and all the other nearby conveniences. The house features radiant floor heating, which is when the house is heated by hot water pipes running under the floor. It is much more comfortable than baseboard or forced hot air. When in the middle of the winter you wake up in the morning or middle of the night and your bare feet feel the warmth of the tile and wood floor, It's a wonderful experience! The house is in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. Lots of squirrels, birds, even hummingbirds. Sometimes you'll even see a group of wild turkeys walk through the yard! If you like taking walks, either through paths in the woods, or on the street, you'll love this neighborhood. It's great for biking as well. It is EXTREMELY hard to find a quality rental house in Swansea. Here is what is included: - Water, septic system, trash pickup all included. - WiFi is included. - There is a whole house water filtration system, so you can drink the tap water. - The gas oven and refrigerator are included. - Plenty of cabinet and storage space. - There is room in the driveway for 3 cars. - Workbench and storage in garage Here is what is NOT included: - You are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. The people leaving have been in the house over 2 years. They are leaving to buy their own house (Congratulations!) , The previous couple were here for 4 years before buying their house. The tenants before them enjoyed the house for 8 years. They happily raised their 3 children in this house. Note, I am asking less than the recommended Zillow amount because I want the RIGHT tenant to be here. No dreamers, no credit problems, no job problems, no drama please.
