The rental includes the entire private residence: four king bedrooms, three full bathrooms, full downstairs kitchen and pantry, upstairs kitchenette, laundry facilities, multiple living and work spaces, covered porch, private patios, gardens, outdoor gathering areas, and designated parking. Daisy Hill is particularly well suited for remote workers, relocating families, visiting professionals, families building or renovating a home, or anyone looking for an extended stay in Western North Carolina. With living and sleeping areas on two levels, the house provides room to gather while also offering privacy for working, reading, relaxing, or accommodating family members with different schedules. A minimum six-month lease and security deposit are required. Prospective tenants will complete standard application and screening requirements. Pets may be considered on an individual basis with prior approval and an additional pet agreement and/or fee.
