Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer. - There can be noise time to time from the other tenants and from the road the building is near but typically very quiet - There is a 1 Key Fob which will be provided to access the elevator (If lost there will be a $500 Fine to Replace) - Check-out Time: Please note that any late check-out beyond the designated 11:00 AM time will incur an additional fee of $100 USD per hour. - No Smoking/Vaping in the Home. - No Parties or Events - No Large Pets (Small Pets Okay, must get approval, there will be a Pet fee required) $150 pet fee 1 pet only. - No Unregistered guests - No Food/Drinks on the bed - No Loud Noise after 9 PM to 9 AM there is a Sound Monitoring Device to Ensure this. - Respect the neighbourhood - Damage Deposit may be required - 4 Guests Maximum Additional Guests will be $100 per person -Please double-check to ensure you have collected all personal belongings. We are not liable or responsible for any items left behind. If any valuables need to be returned, there is a $75 handling fee in addition to shipping costs and any other fees incurred Failure to provide this information may prevent access to the property.
