Unlike most other homes, our SuperBungalows enhance your wellbeing by incorporating filtered air and water, all-electric appliances (so you don't have gas pouring into your home whenever you cook or run your shower/HVAC ) and low VOC-emitting materials/finishes. The homes feature products from our brand partners including Pella Windows & Doors, RBW lighting fixtures, Fisher & Paykel all-electric appliances and induction cooktop, Roseburg millwork, etc. As an occupant of one of our buildings, you can rest assured knowing that you are doing your part to reduce reliance on fossil-fuels while supporting a building type with sharply reduced consumption of natural resources. The building is 100% electric and powered by a 20kW solar/PV system. All rainwater that hits the site is captured in rain cisterns and used for irrigation.
