Luminest is pleased to offer an open waiting list for Sunset Court which is located on the north side of Chambersburg and provides a country setting, while being a short distance to downtown. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes, and fully accessible units. The homes are freshly painted, include range, refrigerator, dishwasher and all mini blinds. We have 24-hour emergency maintenance service, in unit washer & dryer for Townhomes and also onsite laundry facilities for apartments. Off street parking. The water, sewer and trash expenses are included in the monthly rental amount. We allow one small dog (20lbs or less) or 1 indoor cat ($200 SD and $10/month fee with approval).
