Each additional person adds to the utility fee. The carpet cleaning fee is $100.00. The lease expires 07/31/27 and can be renewed The garage is not included. The lower level (rented) is not included. Each unit has their own entry. The Security Deposit is $1,500. The credit check is $50.00 per adult. No reusable credit reports accepted. Must show a current paycheck stub.
