About Sunlake Apartments
Sunlake is a magnificent, gated community located right on Lake Pontchartrain with studios, one and two bedroom apartments, and 1 bedroom lofts. If you enjoy the great outdoors, then you'll delight in Sunlake's 32 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with multiple pools and tennis courts. Sunlake also has a gated outdoor play area/fitness course plus, this location provides you with a nearby boat launch and access to the levee for a walk, run or a ride along the lake's shore. Sunlake's kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and microwaves. The majority of the apartments have full size washer and dryers. Studio and loft apartments do not have washer and dryers but Sunlake offers 2 fully equipped laundry facilities on the property. 24 hour emergency maintenance is provided. Sunlake has ample parking. (Additional monthly fee of $45 - $55 for water, exterminating, and trash).
