Sun Property

Sun Property is in the heart of the university district and it is a student-only building. It is just three blocks from the University of Washington, the light rail station, and major transit lines. Each dorm-style studios are furnished with a twin-size bed, mattress, desk, and chair. There are full-size shared kitchens on each floor. The shared laundry room is on the 1st floor. Sun Property is a student-only building. We also have an affordable unfurnished 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment in this building. *STUDENTS ONLY* Units are available for pre-leasing in Fall 2026. All units are on a fixed move-in date of Sept. 9th, 2026 to Aug. 31st, 2027 The security deposit for the dorm-style studios is $400 with a $100 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee. Utilities and internet are not included. Renter's insurance is required. First and last month's rent due at lease signing Parking is an additional $100 a month.
