The master bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet and a private master bath. The home has a 2 car attached garage with automatic opener and garage storage. The interior has hard surface flooring throughout ( wood and tile), newer cabinetry in the kitchen and baths which are appointed with new granite countertops. There is a large outdoor covered patio that abuts the 4 mile Sun City West walking path. Washer and dryer are available for use. The kitchen is fully applianced and stocked with dishware/cookware.
