Summit Hill is a pet friendly apartment community in a great location on Madison's west side. Choose from studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, many of which are lofts! Some apartment homes feature in-unit laundry for your convenience and we also have some recently updated styles to choose from. This property is adjacent to Elver Park and is just seconds from the West Towne Mall, Woodmans, Walmart and all that Madison's west side has to offer. We welcome up to two pets per home, including cats and dogs (dogs up to 60 lbs, breed restrictions apply). Please note: two dogs are not permitted. A one-time refundable deposit of $100 and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 apply. Monthly pet rent starts at $35 for one cat, $50 for two cats or one dog, and $85 for a cat and dog combo.
