Summersville Place

Summersville Place Apartments is a 101 unit elderly community 62 years of age or older and/or 50 years old with disabilities. We offer spacious One-Bedroom units with many community amenities for our tenants. Rents are based on 30% of adjusted income and include all utilities except telephone and cable.
