*6 month lease agreement are also permitted. *All Utilities are Included. *After lease agreement ends, Tenants are welcome to do a month-to-month lease agreement(only if requested). *Early Lease termination fee is $1,200.00. *Guests are only permitted in the designated area(s) on the premises that are depicted in the listing. *No unauthorized guest or visitor are allowed on the premises unless previously approved. *Absolutely NO vaping or smoking of any kind inside the premises. *No Firearms are allowed inside the premises. *No Federal prohibited drugs are allowed on the premises. *Absolutely NO fireworks, firecrackers, incense sticks or explosives are permitted on the premises. *Intentionally unplugging or tampering with any of the Security cameras or the Alarm system will result in an immediate eviction without refund. *Intentionally removing signs or QR code(s) will result in an immediate eviction without refund. *Shoes(including sandals and flip-flops) Must be REMOVED prior to going upstairs. * Use of Ouija boards, Tarot cards, and Sage are prohibited on the premises.
