Residents will also be able to enjoy a collaborative, supportive environment among other working artists and creative professionals. Residents are encouraged to paint and decorate their rooms to demonstrate their own creative practice, and bring their work to display in the common areas. Artisan House will regularly hold open houses and events to allow residents an opportunity to exhibit their work and living spaces and network with other members of the local arts scene.
Unit 1 is our biggest unit at 338 square feet, and has the most amenities. The only ground floor unit, it has large windows, the building's only private entrance, and two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway.
All units have individual locks. Kitchen has individual storage and refrigerators. All other spaces, including bathrooms, are shared, with live-in property manager supervising use. Additional storage space may be available by request and for additional fees. Three off-street parking spaces are available for an additional $75/month for covered, $50/month for uncovered. Due to the collaborative nature of this housing opportunity, there are no pets allowed.
