Located on the end of a cul-de-sac in Wyoming, we're a quiet community with 32 apartments total. We are situated between US131 and I-196, making it simple to jump around town. We are a privately owned and privately managed company; our service will show you the difference. This apartment is a spacious one bed whose bedroom allows a king bed set. Every four units has its own privacy entrance and its own laundry. A covered parking space comes with your apartment and all utilities except electric are included. No pets. Apartment has a gas oven and cooktop, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, and a fridge. Rent includes gas, lawn, plow, water, and garbage. 24 hour on call maintenance.
